• To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• To start a return, please email us at (email) with your order number and the reason for your return request. After reviewing and approving your request, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your item.
• Customers are responsible for following the provided return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the original purchase. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you may place a new order once your refund has been processed.
